Hey ppl! Im back safely from Perth...

Thank God :) ...

Okie let me tell you abit about Perth...

The place is in describable...

Frankly speaking, this is the furthest country I ever been to...

Meaning to say this is my first time experiencing the nature of seasonal weather...

It is Spring now in perth...

The maximum temperature is around 14 -16 degrees and the minimum temperature is around 4 degrees..

It will be so much colder when it rains...

Especially when it gets very windy....

And guess what, you don't even sweat there eventhough it was sunny at times...

Isn't it great??

Gosh..how I wish I could stay there longer...

The minute I left Perth, I felt as though I don't want to leave the place...

Maybe I shall go there again the next time..! :)

Okie enough of Perth...

Talking about raya, I just don't feel the excitement of it...

I don't know why...

Probably because I was away and didn't help to do house cleaning..

Finished school quite late today just to prepare for the last lap of examination...

Starting from this semester, the education system in Rp have changed...

The last week of the semester will be "examination week"...

So really have to adapt to it and of course do well...Insyaallah..

Oh ya, after that we head down to town...

We went to Toy'R'us and bought gifts for his cousin's birthday...

Honestly,it's been so long since we "really" go out together...

All because of my tight schedule for the past few months...

Seriously, I really need a break...

Today was the 3rd day of GSS!
It was crraazzzyy man...
Almost every shop there will be a lot of people..
I can tell you the queue was very long even just to try the clothes..
Gosh..I was like Oh my God...This is only e 3rd day of GSS...
I have no intention to walk around in the first place...
Cuz 1st-Im tired, 2nd-No mood, 3rd-Don't find a need to buy things,4th-There were crowds everywhere we go that we can't barely walk through..
Surprisingly it turned out to be e other way round...
And..........It was all because of..... H-I-M...
Seeing me being moody, he brought me in a lot of shops so that I would be at least happy to see what were the things that happen to catch my eyes..
I thought I would want to just window shop...
True enough....
I saw this top...
I was telling myself N-O even I really like it a lot..
But this so called "supportive" person said Y-E-S!
Can you believe it? Hah...
N guez wat? I bought it!
Okie that's it...I declare myself not to shop anymore(until further notice..haha...)

We were out of plan thinking of where to go to...
It was the very last minute to decide and thanks to boifey for his genius idea ; Bbq @ Ecp..
Since it was the very last minute plan, I didn't have the time to prepare the things needed for bbq..
Lucky for me,all the things needed were brought by my so called beloved boifey of mine (hehehh..thanks a lot! ;D)..
It was the most enjoyable moment even though it was an impromptu plan..

A Trip To JB

Straight after training met up with azie for awhile to get things from her...
Lucky she stays near my training place (oh,did I tell u shes late as usual?..heheh)..
Then rushed down to jb with boifey..
We had to run some errands at jb especially me...
Went to a lot of places..
Guez wat?
WE keep eating and eating and eating and eating NON-STOP!...
Trust me, there are a lot of nice food restaurants that we can't possibly eat or have in Singapore...
So we took this opportunity to explore and try out the food there...

First stop: Singgah Selalu
Bought some 'Pandan and Chocolate Bahulu', all time favourite.

Second stop: Angsana
Bought donuts at Dunkin Donuts.

Third stop: Jusco Aeon Bukit Indah (New Big Mall)
Ate coney dog at A&W ONLY cuz the waffle machine spoiled. Damn! Tat was my whole purpose to go there as to eat the famous waffle that they have.

Fourth stop: Seafood! (Last stop)
At last! Im not craving for chili crab anymore.

See...we just eat n eat..
I wonder how if we both stay in Malaysia.I think will be fat by then! hah

At times, I went to CCAB either to go for a run or accompanied him for his training..
What I usually notice, there are some of the mentally and physically challenge athlete train there too...
Honestly,I was fascinated by their ability of running even though they have physically disabilities..
They can even run faster than any other normal people like us...
How great is that...
I always tell myself, every one of us in this world is not perfect..
And beyond the imperfection, we shall dare to dream ...

Late Night

I am now feeling extremely tired and sleepy..
Just came back from work...
And here I am doing my Fyp..
Oh ya, I just got to know that I had to take FIVE school days which I think is a lot for me..
What I want is just FOUR school days but I dunnoe why the system changed..
Quite pissed about it cuz firstly, I was not inform about the changes made and secondly, they just randomly choose any electives for me..
What I am worried now is about my time management..
School reopen next week which I don't look forward to it at all larr..
My schedule quite tight starting from next week..
Which I have to school, work, training and lastly, F-Y-P ...
So tell me, should I give up some of it or not? Very risky...

Fat or Skinny?

I do realize that most girls literally MOST, think that they are fat and minority of them think that they are skinny. Surprisingly, those who think that they are fat are actually an average size kind of people. Honestly, I don't find the need why these people will tend to skip their meals and even worst, juz don't eat at all (im serious..it could be this bad..). Bare this in mind, we are humans and we need food to give us the energy. Do you girls know that skipping meals will make you fatter? Just imagine, you skip your breakfast, you will get hungry by lunch and guess what you will do, eat as much as you can.So it's like a cycle that the end result will lead you in gaining weight without you realizing it. That's when it will get tougher and tougher for you as the fats at your belly will increase. Meaning to say, it will take a very long time or should I say decade to decrease the fats at your belly. Scientific proven; Girls easily tend to have more fats at the belly and that part of fats is very tremendously absolutely difficult to tone it down.I may not be the perfect nutritionists but the least I can do is to share with you some tips that I had gone through it and also reliable resources.So here it goes;

Health Tips To Tone Down Belly

Food Nutrition

1. Breakfast: Cereals
Lunch: Rice with veggie and some meat( Small portions)
Dinner : Bread with low fat tuna or Grilled chicken breast only

Workout

1. Running (high intensity)
-It will be better if do circuits training

Myths- Do a lot of sit-ups can have flatter tummy. It is a BIG NO-NO.
A lot of people think this way.This workout actually to Strengthen your core muscles (abs).

So yerp,these are the basic tips that I can share with you girls if you think it's reliable and useful. To add on, besides all e above, you should have self-esteem which means, have confidence in yourself. Learn how to love yourself and trust me, by then you will start to appreciate yourself. Don't care what others think or talk about you for as long as you know who you really are.

Moral of the story: Love for who you are and NOT what you are.

After So Long

In e evening today went to do some workout since I cant make it in e morning with e team...
This workout I should say was "given" by this particular guy or coach of mine since I feel like doing some running today...
Not long distance but short distance..
But that doesn't mean it's a gd news...
What's more,
With a lot of sets! Damn...
He took e charge of it by giving at first 10 sets of 400m (siao arh!) but changed his mind later after considering some factors (haha..! thanks a lot ehz)..
So it was only 8 sets of 200m continuously with specific recovery time..
Sounds easy, but it was not ...
Trust me ...
I was like so half-dead larr...
Stamina was not like before cuz it's been sooo looonng freaking time since I do this kind of speed endurance workout..
But! Despite all that, mind over body...
I had completed all e sets with the required timing...
Oh ya, I didn't get the chance to hear his comments... :(
So I didn't know how well or how bad my sets were...

Next

After we had done, we head down to Sakura Buffet at clementi...
His mom asked me along to have dinner with their family..
It was a small celebration for his brother's bday...
It was superb! Cuz it was a buffet with a lot of varieties of food...
But! I only give *** and a half for e food compared to Carousel...
Hell ya ...Carousel is way too much expensive with e plus plus sign at e back of e price...
Easy said, what u pay is what u get..
Am I right? (haha)

Today is e ONLY day that boifey and I are totally free ..

Free of works..Free of trainings..

Basically free of everyting = Plenty Time For Us

First, we went to eat buffet (burrrp~) at somewhere which he wanted to eat long ago..

Then we walked around at town to buy some things that I should get...

We intend to watch movie, Confessions Of A Shopaholic..

But in the end, we changed our mind instead by just walking around at town still..

When we get bored of walking around and shop, I suggested to grab some small food to munch on...

I guez this is nothing new for me...

Eat n eat n eat n eat n eat- NON STOP! haha

So we tapau e food and next stop we head down to................

When Adrenaline Rush

Both saturday and sunday had MR500 race @ Bedok Reservoir...
Day 1: Had 3 sets of heats but some of e sets didn't do quite well for e timing...
Day 2: Grand Finals for women's tertiary and opens...
Unfortunately, since e weather was bad, they took e best 3 timings for women's open on sat(which we clock a very bad timing)... :(

Men's Tertiary - Silver
Mixed Open - Plate Final
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Nevertheless, it was a great race for today as I know, deep down , each of everyone of us had done our best for all e sets... well done RPDB! Regarding e bad results, theres no point to think about it anymore as its over and we have to move on which we instead should improve ourselves further... -no point crying over a spilled milk-

Oh ya, i almost forgot...Boifey came all e way down just to give me his full support.. (thank you sooo much...) After race we head down to vivo city and check it out e "Ocean-Minded" shop which we won a prize of any pair of slippers of our likings in that shop...Some of e slippers are quite nice and should i say unique? (cuz different from havainas or any other common slippers)...but it was hard to choose e ones i like.. (oh ya, did I tell u that he said my feet is BIG?? thanks arrh! ) In e end, didn't take yet as I told e salesperson that I will come e nxt time before e expiry date of collection... (cuz need to think which one is better..hehe) ...Then we had our dinner at this BBQ chicken (just beside long john)...I should say I gave them *** stars for their food cuz e food was not that tasteful enough that can make me fingers linking good larr.... :(

So yerp,that was my weekend..

Insomnia

I dunnoe why i cant sleep today...

Its almost 4 in e morning n i havent get myself to sleep...

Maybe i tink too much...

Since i cant sleep, let me share a bit of what had happened today at work...

There were some arguments between my colleague and this brainless or should i say kaypoh tour guide which she was "trying" to help with OUR work...

It was so packed today that we have to open another tram station for the guests..

And so, this colleague of mine was station there and suddenly this kaypoh tour guide rush her guests to board the tram without having the permission to do so..

So my colleague stop her and guess wat? She was ashamed ..

Bcuz of that, she purposely make noise and find fault with my colleague by pushing her...

I repeat, PUSHING her...

And there it goes when e drama started..

I mean how can a tour guide did that to her?

Come on..ur job is to just guide ur guests around and our job is to run the operations....

Get this right!

Poor her, if i were there when the incident happened, i would tell e tour guide off!

But i was at e main entrance busy doing e membership registration... :(

I just feel that u people,tour guides ,have no right to do such unacceptable actions towards us...
