We were out of plan thinking of where to go to... It was the very last minute to decide and thanks to boifey for his genius idea ; Bbq @ Ecp.. Since it was the very last minute plan, I didn't have the time to prepare the things needed for bbq.. Lucky for me,all the things needed were brought by my so called beloved boifey of mine (hehehh..thanks a lot! ;D).. It was the most enjoyable moment even though it was an impromptu plan..

Straight after training met up with azie for awhile to get things from her... Lucky she stays near my training place (oh,did I tell u shes late as usual?..heheh).. Then rushed down to jb with boifey.. We had to run some errands at jb especially me... Went to a lot of places.. Guez wat? WE keep eating and eating and eating and eating NON-STOP!... Trust me, there are a lot of nice food restaurants that we can't possibly eat or have in Singapore... So we took this opportunity to explore and try out the food there...
First stop: Singgah Selalu Bought some 'Pandan and Chocolate Bahulu', all time favourite.
Second stop: Angsana Bought donuts at Dunkin Donuts.
Third stop: Jusco Aeon Bukit Indah (New Big Mall) Ate coney dog at A&W ONLY cuz the waffle machine spoiled. Damn! Tat was my whole purpose to go there as to eat the famous waffle that they have.
Fourth stop: Seafood! (Last stop) At last! Im not craving for chili crab anymore.
See...we just eat n eat.. I wonder how if we both stay in Malaysia.I think will be fat by then! hah
At times, I went to CCAB either to go for a run or accompanied him for his training.. What I usually notice, there are some of the mentally and physically challenge athlete train there too... Honestly,I was fascinated by their ability of running even though they have physically disabilities.. They can even run faster than any other normal people like us... How great is that... I always tell myself, every one of us in this world is not perfect.. And beyond the imperfection, we shall dare to dream ... For example, Them... Kudos to you all!
I am now feeling extremely tired and sleepy.. Just came back from work... And here I am doing my Fyp.. Oh ya, I just got to know that I had to take FIVE school days which I think is a lot for me.. What I want is just FOUR school days but I dunnoe why the system changed.. Quite pissed about it cuz firstly, I was not inform about the changes made and secondly, they just randomly choose any electives for me.. What I am worried now is about my time management.. School reopen next week which I don't look forward to it at all larr.. My schedule quite tight starting from next week.. Which I have to school, work, training and lastly, F-Y-P ... So tell me, should I give up some of it or not? Very risky... Need help here..
I do realize that most girls literally MOST, think that they are fat and minority of them think that they are skinny. Surprisingly, those who think that they are fat are actually an average size kind of people. Honestly, I don't find the need why these people will tend to skip their meals and even worst, juz don't eat at all (im serious..it could be this bad..). Bare this in mind, we are humans and we need food to give us the energy. Do you girls know that skipping meals will make you fatter? Just imagine, you skip your breakfast, you will get hungry by lunch and guess what you will do, eat as much as you can.So it's like a cycle that the end result will lead you in gaining weight without you realizing it. That's when it will get tougher and tougher for you as the fats at your belly will increase. Meaning to say, it will take a very long time or should I say decade to decrease the fats at your belly. Scientific proven; Girls easily tend to have more fats at the belly and that part of fats is very tremendously absolutely difficult to tone it down.I may not be the perfect nutritionists but the least I can do is to share with you some tips that I had gone through it and also reliable resources.So here it goes;

Myths- Do a lot of sit-ups can have flatter tummy. It is a BIG NO-NO. A lot of people think this way.This workout actually to Strengthen your core muscles (abs).
So yerp,these are the basic tips that I can share with you girls if you think it's reliable and useful. To add on, besides all e above, you should have self-esteem which means, have confidence in yourself. Learn how to love yourself and trust me, by then you will start to appreciate yourself. Don't care what others think or talk about you for as long as you know who you really are.
Moral of the story: Love for who you are and NOT what you are.
In e evening today went to do some workout since I cant make it in e morning with e team... This workout I should say was "given" by this particular guy or coach of mine since I feel like doing some running today... Not long distance but short distance.. But that doesn't mean it's a gd news... What's more, With a lot of sets! Damn... He took e charge of it by giving at first 10 sets of 400m (siao arh!) but changed his mind later after considering some factors (haha..! thanks a lot ehz).. So it was only 8 sets of 200m continuously with specific recovery time.. Sounds easy, but it was not ... Trust me ... I was like so half-dead larr... Stamina was not like before cuz it's been sooo looonng freaking time since I do this kind of speed endurance workout.. But! Despite all that, mind over body... I had completed all e sets with the required timing... Oh ya, I didn't get the chance to hear his comments... :( So I didn't know how well or how bad my sets were...

After we had done, we head down to Sakura Buffet at clementi... His mom asked me along to have dinner with their family.. It was a small celebration for his brother's bday... It was superb! Cuz it was a buffet with a lot of varieties of food... But! I only give *** and a half for e food compared to Carousel... Hell ya ...Carousel is way too much expensive with e plus plus sign at e back of e price... Easy said, what u pay is what u get.. Am I right? (haha)
